Music has always been my jam (Pun intended) I always loved that it kept me going and was very proud that I knew every word of every song on my playlist. Then I hit the wall of listening to the same thing over and over again without being able to find new songs that I liked to add in. I decided to give podcasts a try on my long runs during my half marathon training cycle and really enjoyed listening to other people talk surprisingly. I found that it kept my mind occupied and I was able to get a little lost in my run instead of counting down every miles.
