Moving Forward Together Accountability Group


Guess what’s back?!?!?

Super excited to be opening up the registration for our 2nd accountability group of the year.

Amy and I have teamed up again to focus on three things that can be challenging for both runners and non-runners alike.

  • Nutrition

  • Movement

  • Mindfulness

Our goal is to break these three BIG pillars into smaller more manageable pieces. We are all busy and most of us don’t have time for complex challenges only to quickly abandon after the group is done. That’s exactly why all of our weekly goals are programmed to be complementary to our day-to-day lives vs a constant struggle.

Our hope is not only that each member becomes a part of our community but that these small changes make their way into your routine and therefore bolster your goals in every way moving forward.


FAQ’s

  • Do you have to be a runner to participate?

NO! This is open to all levels, runners and non-runners, and anyone who just wants the movement to be more at the forefront of their days.


  • Is it a diet?

NO, no, no! This is not meant for weight loss in any way shape or form. We want to promote bettering of your mind, body, and soul—-not focusing on the number on a scale.


  • What’s included?

  • By signing up you will automatically be entered to win the Grand Prize.

  • Each week we will be providing our "Challenge Checklist" which once completed and submitted will put your name in our weekly prize pool so that more people get the chance to win some fun products throughout the group.

  • Weekly group live Q&As with either Amy or myself going over different topics/tips to apply the weekly challenges going forward while adding a bit more context to the subjects.

  • Private Facebook group to ask questions, get to know each other and share ideas on how you are crushing the given tasks this week


  • Who is running the group?

Amy and I will head this group from start to finish. Amy is a registered dietician known on Instagram as @the_running_dietician and focuses on fueling your body to carry you through your workouts. I am a certified running coach who works with all levels of runners/non-runners to get up, get moving, and believe that movement in general gives us overall health benefits that are unmatched.


  • How much does it cost?

  • To join the group, it is a one-time registration of $45.
